Electric X Dance Band is a Bay Area-based group that performs a variety of new
contemporary popular music as well as the greatest classic pop, R&B, rock and Latin
hits. Fronted by two female and one male lead singer, Electric X’s mission is to engage
and entertain audiences while filling the dance floor for any occasion.
Electric X’s musical catalog is diverse, covering the latest pop hits from artists such as Dua Lipa, Bruno Mars, Beyonce, Maroon Five and The Weeknd as well as classics from
Earth Wind & Fire, Madonna, Michael Jackson, Journey and many more. When the
event calls for it, Electric X can go even deeper into its catalog and cover disco and funk
from the 1970s, R&B from the 1960s, or transition into the 1980s and 1990s with hits
from various genres. Both female singers are bilingual and can speak and sing in both
English and Spanish. Having three primary lead singers on hand enables the band to
have incredible diversity and range.
Formed in 2017, Electric X has played at a variety of clubs and events throughout the
Bay Area. A popular favorite on the club scene, Electric X gained positive attention and
acclaim from audiences and club owners alike due to its diverse and ever-evolving
catalog of music combined with energetic performances. The band has played in
regular rotation at popular clubs throughout the bay area including: Number 1
Broadway, Charley’s LG, Maggie McGarry’s SF, Fort McKinley, Britannia Arms, and
Others.
In addition to club work, Electric X has played a number of festivals as well as being
chosen for special events at wineries and weddings. Electric X was honored to be the
selected entertainment for festivals at the Mountain Winery, the City of San Jose’s
Summer Series at Almaden Park, and Los Gatos’ St. Patrick’s Day Music Festival. In
addition to these events, Electric X was selected to entertain employees at corporate
events held by companies including HP and Pure Storage.
Electric X has invested heavily into its sound reinforcement equipment and lighting that
are available to enhance any event. From beautiful soft gels of colors to dramatic laser
and haze effects that are computer-programmed to the music, Electric X delivers a
memorable show with both its lighting and sound.
